Another year in prison. Another year of missed moments with her daughter.

Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, a British-Iranian charity worker, has been sentenced to another year in prison for “propaganda against the system.”

Nazanin only just completed a five-year sentence for trumped-up national security charges.

In 2016 Nazanin and her two-year-old daughter Gabriella were holidaying in Iran to visit Nazanin’s parents. While on their way home, Nazanin was arrested at the airport.

Since being imprisoned, Nazanin’s physical and mental health has suffered and she has been denied access to healthcare.

Nazanin’s husband Richard is in the United Kingdom and is asking Amnesty supporters to help free his wife and reunite his family.

Together we’ve campaigned for the freedom of more than 50,000 unjustly imprisoned people like Nazanin. Time and time again, we’ve proven that when we mobilise, we can make governments do the right thing.

Call on Iran to immediately release Nazanin from prison so she can be reunited with her family.
